I went to this great event last night where I saw/heard spoken word performances for the first time. All performances were by amazing Lesbian women in the community. Some of them even gave me chills, it was a great event and I hope to attend more events like it. I got sorta dolled up for it, I painted my nails, wore a little make up, and straightened my hair. I looked great and I felt even better.
